Learn basic night skin care routine : PAMPERED YOUR SKIN INSIDE AND OUT.

In this post I will show you how to pamper your skin inside and out. Always never forget to drink mineral water every day because water can supply a lot of hydration on your skin. Water can help you fight a variety of skin issues including eczema, flush out toxins from your body, and improve your healthiness of your glowing skin. Second, after so many activities that you do outside the house, make your face skin become dull and your body tired.

Clean your face first and get used to double cleansing using Micellar Water or Make Up remover to remove dead skin cells on the outside first

then wash your face with mild and gentle facial washing soap to clean dead skin cells which can result in closed pores. Here’s I’m using Garnier Micellar Water for Oily Skin and Hada Labo Hyaluronic Face Wash.

After you exfoliate, you can continue to exfoliate your lips with your favorite lip scrub product and apply moisture to your body's face. My current favorite one is Emina Sugar Lip Scrub.

Starting from using exfoliating toner, I use my lovely gentle exfoliate toner from Some By Mi AHA BHA Toner.

After exfoliating toner, continue with hydrating toner to restore the pH balance to your face. I use Simple Soothing Toner by pouring a little into the cotton. Here I’m using a reusable cotton pad to make it more environmental friendly. Don't forget to support our Earth by using Sustainable Stuff guys!
After using the toner process, you can continue using your favorite essence or face lotion.

I directly go to the stage of using serum which is The Ordinary Niacinamide to lock the water content and make my face 10x faster to process all the skin care processes used and to brighten the face from black spots and discoloration.
Don't forget to use a facial moisturizer afterwards, for oily skin, I recommend using a moisturizer with Gel consistency because it is lighter and not greasy on the skin. If your skin is normal to dry, you can use a moisturizer with a thick consistency cream because it is more moisturizing.

Here I'm using my all time favorite moisturizer gel by Nature Republic Aloe Vera Gel and use lip balm from Sensatia Botanicals Lip Smack Lemonhead because it can restore the original lip pigment and give a natural red color to the lips. The facial series is complete and use body lotion / butter / serum to provide moisture to the skin of your body.
And voila !!! You are ready to sleep then. Don't forget to drink one glass of water before you sleep. I know this might seem complicated and take a long time for you guys but if you are get use to it, this steps will become a good habit and you will feel the results happily later. Using night skin care has always been the most important me time on me every day.
